Tracy is a compassionate Registered Psychologist dedicated to cultivating collaborative connections with her clients. Known for her warmth, empathy, and non-judgmental demeanour, Tracy is experienced in working with children to address emotional regulation and self-management difficulties. Extending this support to parents and caregivers assisting them to cope with and effectively manage their child's challenging behaviours. Her professional emphasis encompasses neurodevelopmental and stress-related disorders, depression, and anxiety and suicide prevention. Tracy also conducts assessments and diagnoses for neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Intellectual Disorders, for both children and adults.

Her specialisation encompasses neurodevelopmental and stress-related disorders, depression, and anxiety and suicide prevention.

Fostering a comprehensive approach to mental wellness, Tracy also supports clients to enhance their overall health and well-being, increase motivation, self-confidence, and self-care practices.

Employing a skills-based approach, Tracy works with children to address emotional regulation and self-management difficulties. Extending this support to parents and caregivers assisting them to cope with and effectively manage their child's challenging behaviours.
